Glenda Sánchez

Professional Dancer, Teacher, and Choreographer

Glenda Sánchez, a dancer graduated from the Cuban National Ballet School. She expanded her training in various disciplines, combining classical ballet technique with contemporary dance and enriching both with influences from waacking, tango, waving, and hip-hop, among others. Additionally, she complemented her training with specialized programs in makeup techniques and artistic direction.

Solid Training

She has had the opportunity to expand her career in several countries, including Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and Scotland, where she deepened her training and taught classes. Evaluated as a prima ballerina by the National Council of Performing Arts in Cuba, Glenda has over 13 years of professional experience. Currently, she teaches ballet, contemporary, movemastery, and stiletto classes.

Professional Career

She is actively committed to her career, which involves researching and exploring new methods to transmit her experiences to her students through more organic, renewed, and personalized approaches. One of her main goals is to train new generations of dancers to develop greater authenticity and personal expression, allowing their dance to become more intuitive and less rigid. She aspires for her training processes to instill commitment, responsibility, a sense of camaraderie, humility, humanity, and ultimately, guide them toward professionalism.
