ABOUT THE DISCIPLINE
What is
Contemporary Teens?
Contemporary Teens is a contemporary dance program adapted for teenagers aged 15 to 17 who want to explore a freer, more sensitive, and conscious relationship with movement.
Through working with weight, displacement, floor work, coordination, mobility, and expression, the class supports the body’s development and the construction of a more available and personal movement language.
It is a practice where technique and creativity coexist. It’s not just about learning forms, but about better understanding the body, expanding possibilities, and developing a deeper presence within movement.

IN CLASS
